The Grip Dot Yoga Mat is a highly absorbent and versatile item that is a must for any yoga fan's kit bag! Due to the unique Grip Dot design, you can place it with the dots facing upwards to create an anti-slip yoga surface that can be used in conjunction with a standard yoga mat underneath. Use it with the dots facing down and it will stay put on any flat surface, making it ideal for more intensive workouts like power yoga where you are more likely to sweat and need a machine washable option. Supplied with a handy mesh bag for yoga on the go, the mat can be easily folded to fit in a suitcase or gym bag.
